1.准备食材。

2.茼蒿洗净切去老根,茼蒿叶切末。

3.切好的茼蒿放入盆中,加入食盐、五香粉、(鸡粉)打入一个鸡蛋搅拌均匀。

4.搅拌均匀后放入适量玉米面和面粉(玉米面和面粉要逐次加入)。

5.少量多次加入粉类,直至能纂成团为好。

6.用手团成丸子下入五六成的油锅中中小火炸制。
